Living Grass examples: All of this lawn would count towards the Lawn Replacement Program incentive.

Stressed grass examples: Stressed lawn will still count towards the Lawn Replacement Program. Stressed grass is living but dormant and would return if watered.

Dead Lawn examples: If the majority of material in the lawn area is dirt or weeds, it does not count towards Lawn Replacement incentive.

Example of property with a range of aliveness: There are areas of dead grass, stressed grass and living grass. All areas in this property would count towards the Lawn Replacement Program except for the dirt.
